Liquid cold plates transfer heat from high-power chips to circulating coolant through internal channels. We manufacture custom cold plate structures for AI servers and high-performance computing systems, with machining requirements defined by the component drawings.
Our manufacturing scope includes internal cooling channels, copper heat transfer plates, and aluminum cooling assemblies. CNC machining supports controlled channel dimensions, contact surface flatness, and sealing interfaces according to the specified geometry and tolerances.
